We complete order verification, product inspection and protective packaging within 1 to 7 business days after receiving confirmed paid orders. Our warehouse suspends all order processing work on New Zealand weekends and statutory public holidays. During peak sales periods and order surges, processing schedules may be moderately extended. We will send official email notifications to customers once significant delivery delays occur.

Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel weight, volume and delivery destination. All logistics costs will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before order payment, with no hidden charges.
All consumer electronics orders adopt standard international shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days, subject to actual logistics conditions.
The stated delivery duration is only an estimated reference. Actual delivery progress may be affected by logistics carrier backlogs, cross-border customs inspection efficiency, extreme weather, regional transportation restrictions and national holidays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
